ashton played with the paint. he was very curious but it didn't last long (5-10mins). then again, 16month olds don't have very long attn spans lol. later i hung the art in his room and he excitedly pointed to it. it's homemade finger paint (1/2 cup tempera paint, 1/2 cup of liquid starch [1 pint of cold water with 1tbl spoon of corn starch]). i'm still making felt food. i just haven't made any recently since i am pretty busy doing other projects (currently working on ashton's wardrobe and a camera bag), and getting ready for a trip to germany. i hope to get more made before the holidays.
I have to try this with our little guy! It looks as if AShton loved it? What kind of paint is it? And are you stil making the felt fruit?
